Palmer House – 17 E. Monroe Street

You must use the entrance on Monroe St.  Go past the peacock door, and up the first central staircase you see.  Walk all the way through the lobby towards the elevator bank at the back.  After walking past the tables, but before getting into the elevator area, look to your right.  The Victrola is located across from the jewelry store in that hallway.
