12 West Brewery is right on W Main St next to Margaritas Fresh Cocina.

When you go inside the front door, go past the Host Stand and immediately to the right or left and take the staircase to the second floor (or ask the host to use the elevator behind the host stand). The chest is on the balcony closer to the right hand stairs, near the server station.
