Twisterz frozen dessert in right on W Main St after the US Bank Building and before you get to Level 1 Arcade. 

The Grandfather Clock is on the right wall past the cash register and next to the toppings bar. Go further in to find the Console Table. It is across from the bathrooms in the back room.
