No, it doesn’t matter where the dartboard starts. Just spin it TO the correct number to unlock. Don’t move it two numbers to the right, move it all the way around until the arrow is pointing at the number two.

Tech can be finnicky! Try doing it again, and make sure that you stop on each of the “correct” numbers for at least five seconds, and don’t stop on any of the other numbers. Also make sure that the arrow is pointing EXACTLY at the number, not slightly off to the side.

Spin the dartboard to the right until the arrow points at the number 2. Hold it there for five seconds. Then spin the dartboard to the left until the arrow points at the number four. Hold for five seconds. Then spin the dartboard to the right until the arrow points at the number 10. Hold for five seconds. A light should click on in the mirror revealing the DAGGER.
