The Eagle - 790 N High Street

The Eagle can be found on the corner of High Street and Hull Aly, just south of Town Hall Restaurant.  Enter the front entrance, head straight to the back and find the stairs. Go up the stairs, turn left and walk past the bar and turn left. The artifact is outside the bathroom.
